Kentucky Air Guard participates in 10th anniversary observance of 9/11

Capt. Nick James of the 123rd Airlift Wing Safety Office uses a two-way radio to communicate with the pilots of two Kentucky Air Guard C-130s as the aircraft are positioned for a flyover at Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, Ky., on Sept. 11, 2011. The fly-by was part of a 9/11 observance and the closing ceremonies for the Dignity Memorial Vietnam Wall, a 3/4-scale replica of the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Washington, D.C., that has been exhibited in more than 200 cities across the country since 1990.
