FORT KNOX, Ky. -- Airmen from the Kentucky Air National Guard’s 123rd Security Forces Squadron executed a short-notice mission to degrade terrorist capabilities during a field training exercise here May 21.

The exercise was designed to test security tactics in a simulated Afghan village from May 18-22.
