The cargo will then be transferred to a U.S. Air Force C-130 aircraft from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, for delivery to Monrovia, Liberia, in support of Operation United Assistance, the U.S. Agency for International Development-led, whole-of-government effort to contain the Ebola virus outbreak in West Africa.
