123rd Airlift Wing commander conducts fini flight
Members of the 123rd Airlift Wing douse Col. Greg Nelson with water and champagne on the flight line of Kentucky Air National Guard Base in Louisville, Ky., Aug. 12, 2012, after Nelson completes his final flight as wing commander. Nelson has been named deputy director of strategic plans and policy at the National Guard Bureau in Washington, D.C., where he will serve as a brigadier general.
