Kentucky Air Guard makes motorcycle safety a priority

Kentucky Air National Guard Maj. Todd Franks, a C-130 Hercules pilot with the 165th Airlift Squadron, discusses basic motorcycle maneuvers with a fellow student during a motorcycle safety train-the-trainer course at the Kentucky Air National Guard Base in Louisville, Ky., on Aug. 22, 2012. The course, part of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's RiderCoach Program, was designed in part to train student instructors so they can go on to teach motorcycle safety to other service members.
