123rd Airlift Wing earns rare 15th Air Force Outstanding Unit Award

Edward Tonini, adjutant general of the Kentucky National Guard, congratulates Airmen of the 123rd Airlift Wing during an awards ceremony held March 18, 2012, at the Kentucky Air National Base in Louisville, Ky.
