Kentucky's adjutant general presents posthumous Prisoner of War Medal to family of Air Guard pilot

1st Lt. Merlin R. "Bob" Kehrer was a P-51 pilot in the U.S. Army Air Corps when his plane was shot down over enemy territory during World War II.
