Dennis M. McCarthy, assistant secretary for Reserve Affairs (far left), pins a streamer representing the 123rd Airlift Wing's 14 Air Force Outstanding Unit Award onto the wing's guide-on during a ceremony held April 17, 2010, at Louisville Male High School in Louisville, Ky.
