Dennis M. McCarthy, assistant secretary for Reserve Affairs (far left), pins a streamer representing the 123rd Airlift Wing's 14 Air Force Outstanding Unit Award onto the wing's guide-on during a ceremony held April 17, 2010 at Louisville Male High School in Louisville, Ky. The 123rd Airlift Wing has now won more Air Force Outstanding Unit Awards than any other unit in the Air National Guard, officials said. Also pictured (from left to right) are Chief Master Sgt. James Smith, state command chief master sergeant for the Kentucky Air National Guard; Col. Gregory Nelson, commander of the 123rd Airlift Wing; and Chief Master Sgt.
