Kentucky Air Guard assists earthquake-relief effort

Airmen from the Kentucky National Guard?s 123rd Contingency Response Group help offload emergency supplies from a New York Air National Guard C-130 destined for the earthquake victims in Haiti at an air hub in Barahona, Dominican Republic, on Jan. 24. The Guardsmen established the hub Jan. 22 to process inbound humanitarian aid for victims of the earthquake in Haiti. The supplies are being staged for subsequent transport into Haiti on trucks.
