123rd Contingency Response Group establishes key earthquake-repsonse hub

Personnel from the Kentucky Air National Guard’s 123rd Contingency Response Group and the U.S. Army’s 688th Rapid Port Opening Element work together to erect a Base X tent at Fort Campbell, Ky., on June 17, 2014, while participating in at Capstone '14, a homeland earthquake-response exercise.
