Army Capt. Charles Greene, commander of the U.S. Army’s 689th Rapid Port Opening Element, discusses cargo movement operations with Brig. Gen. Sarah Zabel, director of command, control, communications and Ccyber systems at U.S. Transportation Command, during Exercise Gateway Relief at MidAmerica St. Louis Airport in Mascoutah, Ill., on Aug. 7, 2013.
