Staff Sgt. Timothy Baker (right), an Explosive Ordinance Disposal technician for the Kentucky Air National Guard's 123rd Civil Engineer Squadron, explains the capabilities of the unit's new Bomb Containment Vessel to Army Col. Brian Wertzler, the Kentucky National Guard's United States Property and Fiscal Office officer, during training at the Fern Creek Fire Department in Louisville, Ky., Nov. 11, 2014.
