Kentucky Air Guard Special Tactics troops recall Katrina evacuations
A combat controller from the Oregon Air National Guard directs helicopter flights to a make-shift landing zone along Interstate 610 in preparation for the evacuation of New Orleans residents following Hurricane Katrina Sept. 4, 2005.
