Ronald Short, an optometrist with the California Air National Guard’s 163rd Attack Wing, tests optometry equipment for a health-care clinic at Lee County High School in Beattyville, Ky., June 14, 2018. The clinic is one of four being staffed by military health-care professionals in Eastern Kentucky from June 15 to June 24 as part of an Innovative Readiness Training mission called Operation Bobcat.
