A U.S. Air Force special tactics Airman from the Kentucky Air National Guard’s 123rd Airlift Wing provides medical treatment to a role-player during a mass casualty exercise at the Virgin Islands Air National Guard Station in Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands, Aug. 29, 2025 as part of Emerald Warrior 25.2, a large-scale special operations exercise staged in multiple locations by Air Force Special Operations Command. After being stabilized, the patient was evacuated aboard a UH-60 Black Hawk from the Mississippi Army National Guard’s 185th Aviation Brigade.
