Civilian employers board a 123rd Airlift Wing C-130J Super Hercules during an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Bosslift at the Kentucky Air National Guard Base in Louisville, Ky., Sept. 10, 2026. The event gave employers an opportunity to tour the base and fly to the National Museum of the United States Air Force in Dayton, Ohio, providing them with a better understanding of the Air National Guard mission and the role their employees play in it as part-time Airmen in the Kentucky Guard and reservists of the United States Air Force.
